If you wish to delete your account or request the deletion of your personal information, you may submit a data deletion request using the methods described below.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon verification of your request, we may delete:

• Your NeuraSpeechAI account
• Personal profile information
• Voice recordings and uploaded audio files
• Speech recognition history
• Text-to-Speech projects
• Voice generation projects
• Translation history
• Saved conversations
• Uploaded documents
• API usage history (where applicable)
• Other personal data associated with your account

Please note that some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security purposes, accounting, or to comply with legal obligations.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by:

1 – Through Your Account (Recommended)

• Sign in to your NeuraSpeechAI account.
• Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm your request.

2 – Raise a Support Ticket

Submit a data deletion request through our customer support platform:

When submitting your request, please include:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Account ID (if available)
• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Details of the data you wish to delete (optional)

You may also attach any supporting information that will help us verify your request.

Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

Processing Time

Once your identity has been verified, we aim to process your request within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your request has been completed:

• Your account will be permanently removed.
• Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
• Your uploaded voice recordings, projects, and conversation history will be permanently removed.
• Your subscription will be canceled (if applicable).
• You will no longer be able to access your account or recover deleted data.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Enforce our Terms & Conditions
• Maintain financial and tax records

Any retained data will only be kept for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Services

If you used NeuraSpeechAI through third-party integrations (such as Google, Microsoft, or other identity providers), you may also need to manage or revoke permissions directly through those services.
