At NeuraSpeech, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data and generated content. You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data, including voice recordings, text entries, and any other identifiable information submitted through the NeuraSpeech app or website.

• When Can You Request Deletion?

You can request data deletion at any time if:

• You no longer wish to use NeuraSpeech.
• You want to remove stored voice/text data.
• You are closing your account or uninstalling the app.
• You wish to exercise your privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws.
• What Data Can Be Deleted?

You may request deletion of:

• Account information (email, profile, login details).
• Uploaded voice files or audio clips.
• Text data used in translation or AI generation.
• Any logs or metadata stored in connection with your usage.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the following in your email:

• Your registered email address (if applicable)
• Your full name
• Description of the data to be deleted
• Reason for the request (optional)
• Screenshot or reference ID (if available)
• What Happens Next?
1. We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletions.
2. Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
3. We will notify you via email once your data is permanently removed from our systems.

Note: Some anonymized or aggregate data may be retained for analytics or security auditing purposes, but it will not be linked to your identity.
